Terms & Conditions
1. Bonus Overview
New TradeFX Services offers a 20% tradable deposit bonus, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
The maximum bonus amount per client is $10,000.
This bonus is provided for trading purposes only and cannot be considered as cash or guaranteed profit.
2. Tradable Bonus Nature
This is a tradable bonus only.
The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly.
Bonus may become withdrawable only after meeting the defined trading volume requirements.
3. Trading Volume Requirement
Bonus conversion is calculated at a rate of:
$100 bonus conversion for every 50 lots round-turn traded on Forex and Metals.
Trading volume must be completed on eligible instruments only.
4. Withdrawal Rules
If a client withdraws their deposit funds, any unconverted bonus amount will be deducted from the trading account.
If a client withdraws only the trading profits, the remaining unconverted bonus will not be deducted, provided account equity permits.
5. Bonus Validity Period
Trading requirements must be completed within 90 days from the date the bonus is credited.
If full requirements are not met within this period, the client will only be entitled to a pro-rated portion of the bonus based on completed trading volume.
6. Negative Balance Adjustment
In the event a client requests a negative balance adjustment, any active bonus may be removed to cover the adjustment.
Clients may be eligible to receive a bonus again on a new deposit, provided the total bonus received does not exceed the $10,000 maximum limit.
7. Bonus Limitations
This bonus cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.
Each client is eligible for the bonus on one trading account only.
Bonus applies to Standard and Pro trading accounts offered by New TradeFX Services.
8. Bonus Request & Credit
The bonus must be requested within two (2) business days of making the deposit.
Bonuses are credited after internal verification and approval.
9. Restricted Trading Accounts
Clients trading under MAM or PAMM accounts are not eligible for this bonus.
10. Regional Restrictions
The deposit bonus is not available to clients residing in certain jurisdictions, based on regulatory or internal policy restrictions.
Eligibility may vary by country.
11. Abuse & Misuse
New TradeFX Services reserves the right to modify, cancel, or revoke any bonus if any form of abuse, manipulation, or irregular trading activity is detected.
12. Amendments & Final Authority
New TradeFX Services reserves the right to amend or terminate this bonus promotion at any time without prior notice.
These terms form an addendum to the Client Agreement. Clients are advised to read and understand all applicable terms before participating.
Trading in forex and CFD markets involves significant risk and may result in loss of capital.
Bonuses do not eliminate trading risk and should be used responsibly.
